In honor of a decade of craft excellence, the crew brewed a base Stout with actual cake batter. Then they let it mature for 15 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels before conditioning it on 20 pounds per barrel of Biscoff cookies.

Look - Pours a dark black color with a dark brown head that disappears very rapidly.
Smell - A heavy scent of Biscoff cookies (brown sugar and mild cinammon), which I find rather nice. That smell seems to overpower anything else that might be there.
Taste - Bourbon, biscoff cookies, and vanilla.
Feel - The bourbon taste is strong, but it's very smooth.
Overall - Overall this is a very good stout.
