Combined review of draught pour at the brewery and from a can that is exactly 1 month old. It pours a dark, muddy tangerine with a finger cap of creamy, eggshell-colored foam and thick, clinging lacing. A fragrant, fruity nose including lemon, lime, peach, berry, pineapple, pine needles, and a whiff of coconut. Wow, there is a lot going on in the taste. It opens like a tropical punch with sweet fruit and coconut. The malt base is firm. At mid-palate I am tasting earthy, herbal notes. There is great depth of flavor. The hop bitterness is mild and clean. It has a stellar mouth feel: plush and creamy with moderate carbonation, and I can feel the 10% ABV - it drinks big and is filling. Overall, I thought that using 8 different hops could result in a mess but Magnify pulled it off. Kitchen Sink is a big, flavorful TIPA with a terrific mouth feel. It is vintage Magnify.
