Served in a sour glass

This beer pours like a stout. It is black and has a fleeting tan head.

There is a lot going on here. There is tequila from the barrel aging. I get an intense sour aroma. I get some stout smells of chocolate, coffee and roasted malt.

I get some tart berry up front. I get hints of a stout through the middle. The sourness builds. I get hints of vinegar and tequila, but in a good way. The finish is extremely sour. It peeled some enamel off my teeth. This is some good shit.

Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel

This is such a sour and delicious and complex beer. I love this beer.
