Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, red session. Aroma has flowers, gummy bears and sweet, juicy fruit notes. Taste is tart with juicy gummy bear notes. Light and fresh.

Looks like red wine with a large fuzzy pastel pink head leaving tons of spongy lace.
Smell is buttered popcorn, toffee, Cabernet and chewy tannins.
Taste is red wine, grape, butter, and very tannin heavy.
Dry, barely tart, like a slightly sour, actual red wine. Interesting.
