Copenhagen 22/11 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Drawing of some autumn trees without any leaves not looking very talkative on the can.
Pours murky brown-ish, yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of stable foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma reminds me more of an IPA than a Saison. Fairly strong odor of tropical fruit with ripe Mango and Peach. Strong citric notes of sharp citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by and balanced by a medium strong, citric sourish bitterness. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
Fairly balanced, sourish, dry Tree-hugger. |11/22/2019 6:24:52 PM|Denmark||Greve|Saison / Farmhouse / Grisette
