Copenhagen 3/6 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Can looks like the cover of a children book telling intriguing stories of Farmer Freddy's adventures. A little farm and neat rows of corn.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a big white head. a bit bubbly. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet lemonade-ish odor and stronger citric and yeasty notes. Lemon, citrus. Hints of black pepper.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong, citric, sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Dry finish.
Solid take on a Saison - yeasty and bitter sour.
