Copenhagen 31/10 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Shoreline with yellow sand and sparse vegetation and a light blue sky.
Pours opaque unclear pale yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, fruity maltiness mingling citrus and tart gooseberries. Light whiff of spice. Black pepper and coriander.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart undertone. A tad watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin.
Quite much on the thin and watery side.
