On tap pint
Pours a thin opaque dark chestnut color with a thin grey khaki head. Smell is date fruit with molasses and toffee . Taste is dark fruit and sweet molasses malts a touch of citrus ever so slightly. mouth feel is sweet and malty with a dry finish. this lager was good but 1 pint would be it in a night.

L-Elegant mahogany color, ok clarity but a slight bit of haziness to it.
S-Sweet malts, with hints of melanoidins, and dark fruits.
T-Richly sweet..I can detect some melanoidins but not a strong characteristic....sweetness borders on cloying but drys out a little on the finish.
F-Leans sticky and sweet. Looks relatively clean but drinks with a bit of a muddled feel.
O-Pretty solid stab at this often under-brewed style. Above average version and if you like a sweet, slightly sticky bock you will love this. Good, above average offering.
