Clear golden with plenty of suds in the tall tulip. On tap at the brewery restaurant on El Cajon. Wheaty and tangy. Nice balance of light malt with the yeasty edge.
Pleasant sweet malty touch but with a scratchy sensation. Faintly tart at the finish. Spicy and bitterish aftertaste adds to the interest. Excellent light brew.
