This is a traditional Belgian-Style Witbier with a subtle hint of refreshing white peach flavor. It is brewed with a healthy portion of white and torrifed wheat, along with flaked oats for a smooth and inviting mouthfeel. Mandarina Bavaria hops are then introduced to provide you with a tangy citrus forward flavor profile that compliments the white peach nicely.

The peach is overly peach in an artificial flavoring, soda pop way. Very thin head dissipated quickly. The aroma was a subtle white peach and enjoyable until the sweetness of the taste contrasted with it.
Maybe in the summer.

12 oz can poured into a snifter. Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow with a fluffy head. Aroma and flavor feature ripe white peaches, Belgian yeast esters, and wheat. Some spice and banana. Mouthfeel is spritzy and medium-bodied. Overall a tasty summer beer.

Poured from the can into a Hoegaarden witbier glass.
Slightly hazed, with a light lemon color and a real frothy light creamy soup forming head. Three fingers of soupt foam settling to a big puck as it goes down. Body manages a little bit of carbonation making for a nice rich looking experience.
Aroma is pretty good. Mild sensing peaches, and a hint of chewy malt quality. Touches a little bile just by a hair, but also not incredibly syrupy or sugary on the nose either. Comes off truly.. With a hint of fuzz too.
Palate manages a very interesting experience. First sip is a hint of watery mouthfeel unfortunately, but the flavors still manages to power through. Light touches of lemon, but a nice malt chewy grain mixing with subtle peach tones is real apparent. Excellent finish, peach and nearly vanilla like sweetness complete the experience.
Really nice witbier, with a minor fault I can easily forget after a few sips.

Thanks Nate. The appearance was a milky pale yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a good pace. Sly roaming lace. The aroma had some sweet citrusy tones over top of light peach qualities. Inviting sweet grassy character, smooth sweet grains/oats. The flavor leaned towards the sweet side running through the peach and grain sweetness. Citrus was there, somewhat tangy but not too much. Aftertaste was the peach. Finish was crisp and sweet. The palate was lean, somewhat light bodied but not. I’m thinking the wheat and oats gave it more of that Americanized slightly heavier body. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate. Overall, really good as a beer that I would love to have again, but somewhat misses the mark for the style (in my opinion). A bit of an oddity - really good Summer slammer for me, but I’m wondering what Belgians would think of this beer.

Had a 4.5 sampler at manor hill brewery, nice little Witbier, easy drinking, tasty, with a very clean finish. Nothing overly special but enjoyable. Worth a try.
