Poured from a growler into a pint glass. This barrel aged beer pours pitch black with very small light brown head. Smells of coffee, very strong coffee. Tastes of raisin and slight woodiness, with great coffee aftertaste. Beer is full bodied with decent carbonation, a sipper but goes down smooth. Overall, a very good beer.
