Very excited to find a big hazy juicy opaque beer made locally so I'm not dependent on Aslin. I don't think the yeast / malt is quite there yet, but I did enjoy this beer overall!
Edit after drinking another: love the thick feel, juiciness, intense hops, etc. But let's be clear - the beer lacks complexity and balance. Lots of bite but not enough fruity sweetness. I hope Manor Hill takes another stab at huge unfiltered beers (or maybe they already have and I have just not tasted). And of course, the can art is garbage, but that can be overlooked.
