"For this limited release, we took a kettle sour base beer with additions of lactose milk sugar and then generously hopped it with Amarillo, Centennial and Galaxy. We then conditioned the beer on copious amounts of Plum puree."
A solid kettle soured ale but not a ton of flavor either from the dry hopping or plums.
