Collaboration with Hysteria Brewing Company
For this collaborative project, our pals from Hysteria came through to do a fun mash up between our Crooked Beak IPA and their Trash Panda IPA. The malt bill consists of pilsner, pale, white wheat and lots of flaked oats for a luscious mouthfeel. Heavy additions of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops combine to exude bold stone fruit, pine, and citrus with every enjoyable sip!

5 oz pour on tap. Pretty solid NEIPA with great aromatics. Mouthfeel is fairly soft and fluffy. Most collabs fall short but this one brings out the best of both breweries.
