For our 2019 version of the popular New England Style IPA, we used spelt, wheat and flaked oats for a soft and full mouthfeel. Then we hopped it with Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria. The resulting beer pours hazy straw yellow with a fluffy white head. Prepare for tropical and bright citrus character with aromatic notes of mango, berry, tangerine and a pronounced mandarin orange flavor.

Judging from a can - thanks, Jacob for gifting it to me.
Pale amber color, hazy as can be. Poured moderate sized creamy white head with good retention for a strong beer.
Big fruity and solventy hop nose, possibly with some alcohol in the mix.
Big malty sweet and mango fruity flavor up front. Fruity hop flavors are quite intense. Do taste some alcohol in the finish. As expected for a New England IPA/DIPA, not a huge bitterness on the back end. Finishes gently fruity and alcoholic.
Medium body and carbonation with a fairly creamy mouthfeel. Slight alcoholic warming.
Hops a little overly fruity for my liking, and a bit too much booze for an 8% beer, but a decent drinking hop bomb.

5 oz pour on tap. Looks and smells pretty good - juicy citrus & tropical fruit - but the 8% abv comes through too much and it is slightly sweet/cloying. Mouthfeel is sub par, boozy and overly carbonated. Not great.
