"Named after a Scottish expression meaning great joy, it’s exactly what you’ll experience when you taste this whiskey barrel-aged wee heavy. A Perfectly aged scotch ale with blissfully complex aromas and flavors of roasted caramel, honey, vanilla, toffee, whiskey, and oak. The high abv is held up and balanced by a full body, moderately bitter backbone, and lingering boozy finish. Yaldi!"
5 oz pour on tap. Pours a very dark brown, nearly black. Lots of whiskey, toffee, vanilla, and dark fruit flavors but also a tinge of sourness. Not undrinkable but could have been a lot better.
