Jousting Windmills: Fruity Peppers

I wanted a nice refreshing beer for the hot day and to wash down a great lunch at the Tavern. I'm torn over this beer because my initial impression was that it was a little watery but the fruit and the heat were a really nice touch and I enjoyed it. There was almost no head to the beer and the color was fairly light. The heat was subtle and well-balanced not like the regular "pop a pepper in it and call it a special release craft beer" that tastes just like a Thai lunch special. I was really pleasantly surprised.
Then the temperature came up on this bad boy and the taste was significantly different. By the last sip less than 15 minutes later it was tasting like old lettuce. I wish my glass would have been a thermo-cold like a yetti and I wouldn't have been disappointed.
