We teamed up with our friends from Crooked Crab in Odenton to brew this one-of-a-kind collab. Featuring a brand new yeast strain called Philly Sour, this cold side sour was dry-hopped with Palisade and Motueka. It pours a bright gold crowned by a white head. Moderately tart notes of tangerine, orange and stonefruit are followed by a crisp, dry finish.

16 oz can poured into a snifter. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow with an off-white head that quickly fades away. Aroma is bright citrus, green apple, and a hint of grainy malts. Flavor is similar and slightly tart with additional under-ripe peach and doughy bread. The 7.5% abv is totally hidden. Complex, interesting, and overall delicious.
