Poured from the can into a Libbey style pilsner glass.
Pale gold with excellent clarity if slightly hazed, and light glistening and rising amounts of fine linear bubbles. Bright white and shocking head, but with a thick retention if really soapy.
Excellent aroma. Big dry and thick amounts of bread dough with an excellent crispness to go with it. Nicely clean sensing, with minimal hop notes but with an excellent malt profile and brightness to the senses.
Very enjoyable palate. Dense malt backbone with a touch of mild sweetness, but a real bristling hop action in the end. Hits with herbal pine and almost woody in aftertaste, with a rich mouthfeel that is bold but also crisp and nearly champagne like and effervescent. Excellent bakery notes and dryness with a real hop snap in the finish, almost hinting lime as well with the aftertaste.
Big bold clean and crisp pils, great solid tasting one too.

Unfiltered pale gold body under an average size, fast fading white head that left little lacing. Muted hop aroma with some lemongrass in the background. Noble hops carry more weight early in the taste until the malt bill adds more balance near the finish. Smooth, moderately carbonated, light-to-medium bodied mouthfeel.

I can’t quite distinguish what makes a pilsner Italian. This just tastes to me like a well crafted pilsner. A touch sweet up front then finishes bone dry and crisp. Low to moderate bitter. Nothing too bready or buiscuity but definetly full bodies and nice malt profile to balance with the dry finish. Really well done.
