Notes:
This hazy farmhouse-inspired double IPA is double dry-hopped with Strata, Rakau, and Loral hops lending dank aromas of sweet guava and papaya blended with fresh peaches and apricots, while our farmhouse yeast shines with its characteristic aromas of white pepper, coriander and cardamom pods. A grist laden with our Splendor Series signature wheat, spelt, and oats supports the whole affair with a soft, pillowy texture that finishes dry.

Appearance: Cloudy gold body under a large white head with good lacing.
Aroma: Yeasty, musty, tropical fruit, orchard fruit, spices. Keeps improving while resting.
Taste: Peaches stand out from the other fruits. Spices add more depth. Malts are supportive while providing balance.
Mouthfeel: Well carbonated, medium bodied, lingering finish.
Overall: Look elsewhere if you want bitterness. Still, there is a zesty quality that's enjoyable. Some sweetness but not cloying.
