The only thing we love more than our home on the range, is sharing it with friends. So we invited Oliver Brewing Company to the farm to help us with the first brew in our collaboration. This West Coast IPA pours a pale gold with white foam. Aggressive dry hopping with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Falconer’s Flight hops provide aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, pine, and tropical fruit followed by the style’s trademark firm bitterness. Saddle up and enjoy, partner!

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of light tropical fruits. Taste is mixed tropical fruits, mild bitterness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer, but I was expecting more.

Hazy yellow, not a very retentive head. Aroma is almost all citrus but muted. Taste is a nice fruity punch with balanced light to moderate bitter. Wouldn’t call this a West Coast IPA but just a great unfiltered hazy American IPA. I know the lines are blurred but that is my take on it. First beer from Manor Hill I’ve had in a few years and found this beer pretty solid.

Hazy, pale gold appearance with an average size white head and light lacing. Aroma is well hopped with notes of grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit. Same characteristics in the taste along with a resinous touch. Enough bitterness to balance the fruity flavors. Medium bodied, nicely carbonated mouthfeel that lingers for awhile.
