Manor Hill Brewing

Brewed in collaboration with Upweller Beer Company, we used freshly shucked Sewansecott Oyster shells from the Chesapeake Bay. This jet black beer is crowned with tan foam. It strikes the perfect balance of malty, roasty, and dark chocolatey goodness, with a subtle bitterness and minerality imparted by the oysters. Longline is a tribute to the sustainable oyster farming technique of the same name.
