On tap:
Pours golden leaning amber, very clear, but low on head. No lacing.
Lightly scented with stone fruit and apple juice.
Taste has a soaked bread flavor and feel, oddly. Fruit as from the nose, as well as a little banana note comes in. Not as light or crisp as expected.
Listed on menu as bohemian Pilsner/Vienna. Not sure if this is a weird mashup of styles, but it didn’t really fit either of those nor a German Pilsner. Really had more of a cider taste. I hope I got the right beer, because this is weirdly off point.
