String belgian ale with juicy fruit, banana, malt sweetness upfront with nice dry wine like finish.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head which dissipates very quickly turning to very slight lacing. Mild floral and fruitiness aroma, especially banana on the nose on top of a typical belgian ale. Taste is nicely done with banana-like fruitiness, funk and mild hops. Delish and very boozy, so watch out! This one's my favorite brew at Caboose.
