Look: Light yellow and clear with a dense white head
Aroma: Pine, citrus fruit, some dank, and mixed berries
Taste: Citrus, led by grapefruit starts it out as pine and berries filter in. Dank rounds it all out and these all cycle through in prominence in the middle. Finishes with resinous pine, dank, and a good bite
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and moderately dry on the finish
Overall: Good stuff. Hitting the spot pre-funking for my buddy's wedding at my hotel bar and it’s a good and tasty first experience with Vail Brewing Co.

I was given this beer try. I served in a tulip glass, and the temp was 38 degrees. A frothy and airy white one-fingered head was created. The retention is above average dissipating slowly, leaving some lacing on the glass. The color charts around SRM 5, pale straw with golden hues. The clarity is brilliant with little carbonation activity. The appearance is elegant.
Ripe grapefruit, pineapple, resin, and oranges are what I first smelled. Nosing the glass further, I detect crackers, lightly toasted malts, a hint of floral, a touch of dank, grass, and some bread.
The hops are on display here, grapefruit, pine, mangos, peaches, pineapple, resin, floral, and some dank. The malts are lightly toasted, crackers and the yeast give some bready notes.
The mouthfeel has some astringency. The beer finished slightly tannic and clean. The body is medium and has medium carbonation.
Overall the beer is an excellent IPA. The firm malt backbone lets the hops blossom on the palate. I have enjoyed sipping this beer.

Gore Creek IPA 12oz. can poured into a shaker, $5.50 Pazzo Pizza
A-Cloudy golden orange body with a 1-1/2 off white head that sustains at a light foam and leaves awesome stick.
S-Grapefruit hops and sweet malts.
T-Grapefruit flavor is really fresh and melds nicely with sweet malts. Some herbal hops too.
M-Hoppy bite and bone dry.
O-Awesome ipa with good balance and very fresh.

June '17 - pours a mix of copper and amber, rings of clingy white foam. Lacing around. Light grapefruit nose. Pokey pine bitter punches through the otherwise sweet malt. Juicy. Bitter remains after the taste. Nicely made IPA>

Pours copper with minimal white head. Smells sweet perfumeyish to me with some pine. Some candied citrus in there too. Flavor follows suit. Medium bodied, kinda creamy mouthfeel with adequate activity. Overall, its a good beer for what it is, just not quite up my alley.

This is a good IPA. Not spectacular, but in no way bad. Maybe it just doesn't stand out as much. Very refreshing and definately worth getting, even if not Val's best IPA offering. A little hazy. Hoppy - but the right amount. It's not overly bitter. Good beer!
