Third beer to try from Vail. The last two I consumed were fantastic. The temperature is 46.2 degrees using a pint glass. The pour created a frothy and airy bright white one-fingered head. Charting the color is SRM 6, pale amber with straw color hues. Brilliant clarity with a few carbonation bubbles. The appearance is excellent for this style.
Nosing the beer, I detect crackers, hints of floral, a touch of mango, light bread, orange, and cereal grains. The aromas are clean and just on par with this style.
The flavors are crackers, cereal grains, light bread, hints of mangos, orange, pineapple, and floral.
The body is light and has medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is clean and soft and finishing crisp.
This is a beautiful and well-made blonde. Not much to pick apart. I enjoyed this beer.

June '17 - pours light gold with white foam rings and some lacing. Buttery vanilla. Really creamy mouthfeel, quite buttery. Some lemon sticks in. Juicy. Crisp clean finish. Nicely done.
