Appearance: black in color with a short 1/2" head that falls to a spotty surface covering.
Smell: roasted tones with some chocolate and citrus.
Taste: roasted malts, grapfruit, chocolate, dark fruits, and a piney bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp to start, less crips at the finish.
Overall: an enjoyable black IPA with a nice flavor profile.
