Poors a deep brown and opaque, with an inch of dense beige foam. The nose is dominated by roasted nuts and some burnt caramel, with some floral hops in the background. The taste is of roasted malts, nuts, chocolat chips cookies, with, again, a good bitter hops character. It's very dry due to the presence of brettanimyces,

A:
Pours a clearish (but very dark) ruby-hued mohagany with three plus fingers of khaki styrofoam head that you can eat. Great retention; sticky gloppy lacing. (4.25)
S:
Dark fruits and crusty bread, roasted nuts, brown sugar, slight spicy-funky yeast aroma in the background. (4)
T:
Dark bread, dirt and hard water, over-baked bread crust, weak coffee, earth, some minerals. (3.75)
M:
A little thin with bright carbonation and a mellow roast feel, slight linger to the finish. (3.75)
O:
Tasty Brown brewed with brettanomyces.
She pours like a champ, really nice-looking. All told it is on the roasty side taste-wise and on the Belgian side aroma-wise. A hint of char comes through with cherries and bread in the nose. The brett is there in the dryness and a little in the flavor and small but not tons. I'd be curious as to how this would taste after a while longer in the bottle. A little thin, but a decent beer on the whole. These guys make solid, interesting beers. Worth trying if you come across it. (4)

Bottle: Poured a hazy brown color ale with a nice large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with dry Brett notes is enjoyable. Taste is a mix of caramelized malt notes with some dry Brett notes and light fruity ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting beer to try but not sure I would feel the need to drink this on a regular basis.
