Sampled from a 500ml bottle. An orange and cloudy liquid flows from the neck, white foam drooling on the glass, large bubble foam.
On the nose, saison yeast notable, it seems spicy, peppery, almost peppermint. Funk emanations, seems like we are in a barnyard, it's earthy and we can smell horsehair, some herbaceous notes as well. A nose that invites to return, one does not exhaust to inhale this madness. Actually, I can't stop inhaling it, I barely can decide to take a sip because I'm going to lose some of the fragrance.
When finally I decide to take a sip (eyes wide open), wow! A bit of tartness, dry and earthy final, one tastes the lemon and its white skin that has remained, still can find that herbal notes.
Medium body, oily texture, seriously a true masterpiece! Bravo!
