500ml Bottle.
Cloudy golden liquid with a foam that disappears from the service to only leave a ring, leaves traces on the glass.
On the nose, white wine, grape, lemony, slightly earthy, stable, hay, funky, spicy yeast season, yeast brett signature well present.
To taste, intense citric acidity, lemon but still very balanced, it comes to tickle the cheeks.
Very long aftertaste of acidity, beautiful complexity, it is delicious.
Texture slightly oily, it is smooth in the mouth.
