Collaboration with Isle De Garde Brasserie
Primary fermentation was with Isle de Garde's kellerbier lager yeast, we then added our Brett cocktail.

A:
Pours a very clear greenish tinged gold with a creamy two fingers of solid white head. Very good retention; champagne carbonation, doily-like lacing. (4.5)
S:
Bready pils malt, spicy hops, some light funkiness. (4.25)
T:
Follows the nose. Very rich breadiness without being heavy, biting hops/mineral combo, lingering funk and a very faintly sweet finish. (4.25)
M:
Lightish body with active carbonation and a nice malty finish with a little of the brett. (4.25)
O:
This is a really nice beer. It is a little but significant twist on a style that does it well.
It is beautiful in the glass. The aroma and flavor are both to style and then an extra bit good on top of that. It is drinkable and has a really nice malt profile. When I poured the last of the bottle it clouded up and changed a bit. Look-wise it is much nicer with the yeast settled out. The dregs though had an added fruitiness that was kind of nice and a noticeably thicker feel. A nice beer that I will get again if I see it. I'll bet it's be great on tap. (4.25)
