Hazy and veiled dark golden color with very low activity. Slightly creamy light beige 2 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with average legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of soapberries, green grapes, peach, caramel, sweet barley, soft wild yeast, spices, and floral hops. Slick and oily medium body with light prickly and crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, moderately fruity and grainy with a soft barrel aged feel. Decent complexity and freshness, although a bit dull, more sharpness and yeast would be nice. Overall good quality craft.
