Clear, slightly veiled, ruby red color with no activity. Foamy pink 2-3 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with faint legs but decent swirl reaction. Flavors of beetroot, wheat, green grapes, pears, brett yeast, sweet barley, and floral hops. Slick and oily medium body with prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish, dominantly fruity and yeasty feel. Good freshness yet slightly dull. Decent complexity. Overall very good quality craft.
