One of the prettiest pours ever. Med amber, touches of umber with a Suarez-sized amount of white and rocky head. Longest head retention period. Clearly there's a lot of effervescence, and really, the bubbles never stop rising; so, while the feel is super creamy it really isn't that dry or crisp. Almost as if it was a nitro pour The aroma/ flavor really suffer reflects this too as everything is super muted. Pale wheat hops, some hay, very floral hops and honey almost like drinking a blonde ale.
