Strata Ryder Rye Pale: A rye pale ale brewed exclusively with Strata hops that have aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and a little dankness. Malt bill includes Montana grown barley and malted rye. It has a nice tropical fruit aroma followed by a spicy kick from the rye malt.

Poured into a pint glass
P clear copper/amber w/ a small white cap; good color
N soft nose of floral notes
T different than the nose lets on; med rye malt body carries zesty notes, pine, light citrus, and black tea character; light-med herbal bitterness in the finish; coats the tongue a bit; nice profile
Mf med-bodied w/ med carb; fairly dry throughout
O a pleasant drinker; the rye is showcased nicely
