another one from these guys that is better than its ratings here, i mean, this is clean and light and refreshing, with a dry and easy finish, great carbonation, and enough flavor to not be boring, what more do you want from a simple blonde ale? sure there is nothing interesting about it, maybe faintly more hoppy than is the standard, but the tidy fermentation and the light grain character make it supremely drinkable, its not supposed to be anything more than it is, and i think they did a good job with it. lots of beer like this in here, basic styles but all done really well, i know craft beer is trending more innovative, but sometimes a simple craft yellow beer is all you need, and with the delicious chicken wings they have in here, i thought it was a perfect pairing. i guess i am losing my critical palate and edge a little bit, but i want to approach beer looking to like it, not looking to break it down and find flaws. not much aroma to this, and the flavor is very mild, but the malt is fresh, the yeast invisible, and the hops just present enough for a crisp finish and a faint herbal linger. a real crushable beer, and one that i will assuredly be drinking again when i go back, great in the context of their impressive pub menu...

Excellent thirst quencher! Light and smooth, hazy golden body with smallish white foamy head. Mostly cereal grains here, but it is a lager after all. Head and shoulders above the macro brews, nice refreshing summer time beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
