When visiting Rethymno many of the restaurants carried this local craft beer. The servers seemed proud to have a local product and were anxious to have folks try it.
The beer is slightly hazy and an attractive darker gold.
The aroma is grains and bit of flowery hops.
The taste is slight step-up from the standard Greek macros. There is more a malt presence and smidgen more hops. It is slightly sweet with some mineral aspects. Hoping rate is mild, guessing no more than 20 IBUs. They add a bi to f floral and pepper.
Mouth is decent and it is easy to pair with the tasty local food.
Worth a try if you find yourself in this great part of the world.
