Look: Attractive light golden straw with ample foamy white head.
Smell: Delicious mango, Mellon, citrus fruit.
Taste: Mango and fruit up front slip into malt on the finish. The hops are a bit harsh and bitter, almost pepper-like. Improved as it warmed. I’ve had on multiple occasions and it either tastes better or worse depending on food pairing and what beers preceded it.
Overall: Best beer St. Joseph makes and a good overall IPA.

Lasting head which leaves chunky ring lace on the glass. Amber color and clear.
Nice blend of lightly toasted malt and floral hop.
Will balanced amber malt with straight up white pepper like hop. Long bitter aftertaste. Low carbonation with a fuller body. A good but fairly standard IPA entry.
