A - The beer arrived at the table with a light foamy head that dissipates moderately quickly to a thin lacing. The head is white in color. The beer itself is a cloudy golden color and features low carbonation in the form of small bubbles rising very slowly toward the surface. 3.75/5
S - The aroma is fairly tart with the focus being primarily on lemon and citrus fruit. There is a bit of banana and white bread that accompanies the tartness, providing a balancing sweetness. 3.75/5
T - The flavor follows the nose dead on with lemon and citrus fruit being the primary focus. Fairly tart and sour with a bit of lemon peel as well providing a little bitterness to cut the tartness. Banana, pear, and fresh white bread come out in the flavor as well, balancing out the tartness and sourness with a nice sweetness so that the tartness does not becoming overwhelming. No lingering bitterness. 4/5
M - Light but smooth at the same time. Somewhat crisp due to the lightness and tart but not puckering. Lightly drying with a dryness that slightly lingers on the palate. 4/5
O - Very good sour in that it is not overly sour. Some sours are incredibly puckering and hard to down for me. This one is not one of those. Tart and sour but with a sweetness that allows it to be approachable. Light and sessionable as well make this is good offering. 4/5
