Nearly clear, medium light orange with amber highlights. Light, off-dry, herbal/spice aroma with a little brightness. Subtle, off-dry, herbal/spice hop flavors with a fairly lightly toasted malt backbone.

22oz bottle served in a large mug. Batch number 2313, 0933100716 (I assume that means it was bottled 2016-10-07).
Pours a clear, dark golden with a big pretty head and a nice level of carbonation. Smell is rye spiciness with a little wet pine.
Taste is dominated by straightforward pine bitterness, some spicy/malty flavors in the background. Maybe a hint of toastiness or even smokiness.
Mouthfeel is thick but effervescent. Overall, it's a good rye IPA.
