A great tasting porter, with hints of maple flavor, this is a must try.

Poured at near temperature into a 13 Weyerbacher tulip glass not sure when it was bottled. Pours a beautiful dark mahogany with a two inch tan head that leaves plenty streaks of lace behind.
Smell is biscuit, maple, vanilla, coffee, bread, and worthers caramel.
Taste follows caramel hits first, biscuit, vanilla, coffee, and the maple lingers in the finish, not over the top at all.
Mouthfeel is about medium, kind of creamy, moderate carbonation, a little dry, and excellent drinkability.
Overall this is a very nice robust porter. I little thinner than I prefer, but makes it all the more drinkable.

Sample from the Granite State Brewers Festival 7/25/15
Rich chocolate with a bit too much fruity going on with some hints of oxidation. Not horrible but the recipe or process could use a little tweaking.

On tap at the Granite State Brewers Assn brewfest in Manchester NH. Sampled on July 25, 2015.
The pour is a deep black color with a tremendous brown soft, silky head. It pours like a Stout.
The aroma is big and sweet with some baked chocolate notes and little to no hop presence.
Light body. But smooth.
There is a definite sweet and chocolate taste in this beer with a slightly burnt quality although not offensive. Low to no hop profile. A very nice Porter.
