From the 350 ml. bottle with no bottling date listed. Sampled on June 13, 2017.
The pour is dark brown to near black with a small tan foamy head that recedes to a ring.
Sweet roasted malts define the aroma but more precisely I pick up butterscotch, molasses, and an earthy hop profile that is more muted.
Medium mouthfeel and smooth in texture.
The taste begins sweet and syrupy but then there is this earthy and resiny bitterness that erupts on the back side to finish it all off.
