From a can obtained at the brewery dated 9/2/20. Sampled 9/6/20.
It looks like a pilsner should with its yellow, bubbly pour and fizzy white head that fades fast. Decent clarity.
A pleasing array of aromas including sweet caramel malts, biscuit, toasted bread, slight pear, and grass.
Light clean crisp body.
The taste is sweet at first, a bit more sweet than I prefer in the style, but otherwise I pick up biscuits and bread and a semi-dry finish.

A wonderful pilsner and very tasty, too.

On tap at the source and a growler fill for home. Mostly clear deep yellow in color with a good sized long lasting bubbly white head. Sweet bready pilsner malt spicy floral hops and just a hint of apple on the nose. Flavor follows the aroma quite well. Crisp mouthfeel moderate carbonation. Really well made lager, enjoyed.
