16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 01/25/21. Hop Mob 2021.
Pours hazy, slightly grayish amber, one finger head. Tropical juice, citrus aroma, some straw.
A little mineral/dishwater, very tropical juicy. Bitterness like a west coast, though, interesting crossover of west coast style with modern hops.
Mouthfeel is dry, light. Overall, good.

On tap from the Crosscut Taproom in Castle Rock, WA, followed by a couple of growler purchases post-lockdown.
A nice looking beer, mostly clear and well carbonated with a tight and long lasting head. The write up gives a broad mix of hops from Simcoe down to Amarillo and Citra. It's a very flavorable brew and exceptionally smooth and 'juicy'. Excellent finish. This is the first beer from Hellbent we have seen in this neck of the woods and we'll be on the lookout for more.
