With Rooster Ridge Saison, we decided to pay tribute to this traditional Belgian style the best way possible, by keeping it traditional. Soft yellow-orange hazy glow, a little bit of lemon, fresh cut grass, straw, and a slight fruity yeastiness…yep, sounds like a classic Saison! Perfect for backyard barbecues, sitting by the pool, watching a sunset, or any other warm weather activity you can dream up, as long as it doesn’t involve operating heavy machinery.
