On tap at Barrel and Stave Pour House in Fullerton California.
Beautiful fluffy head that settles down to a milky cap. Pretty solid retention, layered, cloudy lacing.
Nose has a nice pop of peach, grass, wet hay, and some crackers malt.
Flavor is a more blended mix of herbal spice over the peach. Some berry and mild mango tries to chime in too. But overall it’s kinda bitey.
Mouthfeel is a bit chewy for style.
