A blend of Spelt and Barley Ales, Oak-aged 1 to 3 years and named for Demeter, the Greek Goddess and giver of grain. Accorded the title, “She of the Grain,” by one of her many cults, Demeter’s grief at losing her daughter, Persephone, to the underworld, plunges our world into cold winters, but with her daughter's return comes warming summer and with it an Ale that is tangy, grainy and smooth.
