Drank at Notes Bar & Kitchen, Coimbra.
A: Body is red with some light residue, solids and haziness. Head is non-existent.
S: Aroma is big on cherry with its sweetness and tartness. A good way to showcase the fruit because it can connect so well with sour beers.
T: Taste starts off with a cherry sweetness tone, passing through some salty profile I can't really describe. In the end, it finishes with a light sour tone but the aftertaste gets you some accent of acetone that's weird.
M: Body is medium low. Carbonation is good. Alcohol is unnoticeable.
O: The first part of the palate on this beer is pretty decent but the last part, specially the aftertaste, is a step back. Need to drink this again.
