Now I know what a "saison" or a belgian "witbier" is and how different it is from a farmhouse/sour. The latter is exciting, fruity, refreshing while the former is a belgian wheat beer-like thing with some sourness. That's all I can tjink about, not being impressed too much but at the same time good enough to back one down at 6.20%.

Almost clear golden color with white head. Aroma has sweet wheat, coriander, citrus peel, quite spicy, intense yeast notes. Taste follows, spicy, lots of coriander and yeast esters. Dry, light bodied, effervescent.
