Poured from 440mL can into my Belvárosi sörfesztivál tulip. Best by 9/1/25, so I'm guessing it was canned pretty recently.
Appearance: light golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam. Maybe not quite the thick fog of a typical NEIPA, but still pretty.
Smell: sweetish malt with a rather citrus-forward hop aroma. There's perhaps just a dash of a sharpness element to the hops, but overall it's quite balanced.
Taste: an interesting flavor that combines the soft sweetness of the grain bill with a sweet passionfruit tropical character and a dash of those sharp citrus notes from the aroma. I actually think it's growing on me.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer is maybe a little sweet, but I'm coming around to its kinda odd hop combination.
